This project involved a full mechanical and electrical refurbishment of a workshop and showroom. The scope included installing new LED lighting throughout, upgrading three-phase panel boards, and creating new circuits for workshop power, bench areas, floor boxes, and dedicated supplies for AHU units.

We also carried out data cabling throughout the building and upgraded the communications cabinet, ensuring all systems were modern and fully compliant. Fire alarm alterations and car park lighting were added to meet safety standards.

Air conditioning and ventilation systems were installed to provide a comfortable and efficient environment for both staff and visitors.

All installations were fully tested, commissioned, and certified, delivering a turnkey solution that brought the facility up to the latest electrical and mechanical standards.
